Will it be free?
Yes! Flipdila is free for everybody to use. But we will kind of need support for our Flipdila to be remain Independent.

No Adult content!
We want to keep Flipdila a safe and fun place for everyone, we don't mind mature content but up to PG-13: such as swearing, blood/gore, etc.. If we catch a Flipnote that is R rated, we will remove it & give you a strike. Also do NOT post Pornography related Flipnote, pictures, etc... Otherwise, you will automatically get your account will terminated & your IP address will be block.

No Copyright Infringement:
We the Flipdila team welcomes Flipnote creators making beautiful & awesome MV (Music Videos) but you must permission to use the artist's content in order to avoid legal trouble.

No Discrimination / Bullying:
If you decide to either make a Flipnote or go to a user discriminating the following (nationally, race, religion, age, & sex/gender: which is Male & Female) otherwise, you will get a Strike.

What's a strike?
A strike is when you decide to violate the Flipdila rules. The limited is 3 Strikes, once you get 3 Strikes your account will be terminated & your IP address will be block. So we recommend you to follow the Flipdila rules.

Is Flipdila managed/owned by Hatena or Nintendo?
No, Flipdila is an independent recreation of Flipnote Hatena. Flipdila is not own by Hatena or Nintendo. Flipdila is 100% independent Flipnote Community!

How do I upload a Flipnote? Must I make an account to do so?
First of, you do need an account in order to upload a Flipnote. You go to the Sign up link on the Main page & type in your name, email, & username (if it has it available) then confirm your email & you're done & welcome to Flipdila. To upload go to All Flipnotes or if your account go to My Video & select the way you want to upload if you have it on YouTube, post your link on the YouTube section. If you have it as a video file such as avi, mp4, mov, & so on, (not a kwz file) you can uploaded. Once it's upload you see your viewers watch, comment, rate, & possible follow you.

What content is acceptable to upload on Flipdila?
We recommend content up to G - PG-13.

Can I upload someone else's Flipnotes?
No, we recommend you to upload your "own" Flipnote. If someone is uploading other people's Flipnote, report it or PM/DM to the Flipdila Team.

Someone is harassing me, what should I do? How can I block a user?
If someone is harassing or threatening you, don't talk back or gather your friends or supporters to go to war with the bully. Otherwise the consequences, both of you & the bully will "ban" Flipdila also we will block you IP address as well. This is very simple, you go to a bully's profile & click "Block user" then confirm it & you're done. If the bully returns harassing you by creating a fake account PM/DM Flipdila Team & will take care of it.

Is it okay to upload Non Flipnotes?
No! Only Flipnotes, if we catch you uploading Non Flipnote related your video will be remove by Flipdila Team. If you want to upload Non Flipnote related, upload them to YouTube.
